ABC Summer 2010 abc's last meeting on May 3rd was a celebration of our first birthday; a small but beautifully formed group met for cakes, an update on Doverodde Book Arts Festival, and for gathering & discussion of abc's research questionaire, e.mailed to club members. Angie Butler gave us the lowdown on her & Natalie McGrorty's trip to Doverodde where they manned the abc & friends stand: everybody exhibiting at this sold work, which is great, and an encouraging result for us all. ![]() We discussed details of the information gathered in response to the questionaire, and appreciate those who took the time to complete it as it gives us valuable insight into members' thoughts and ideas in relation to abc. As part of this research, Lilla & Angie continue meeting over the summer to make sense of and collate the data to plan the future direction abc will be taking; the resultant abc programme for 2010-11 will be discussed at the next meeting, to be held in October: date to be announced, abc members to be informed. return to current abc page |
