You can order CFPR publications on line, by fax or in writing by clicking on the downloadable order form links below. Simply attach it to an e-mail to make your order.

order (pdf) : This provides a standard Adobe print format order form you can fill in and return by post.
order (rtf) : This provides a standard default 'Office' document type that you can either editin your browser, save and edit in your default 'office' system (Word, Wordperfect, Wordpad
etc.) then add as an attachment to an e-mail to return your order.
