‘How To Make A Cup Of Tea’
Metal / paper
This work was made for an illustrative project, based on how to make
a cup of tea. I made an alternative 3D design to create a book.
To do this I used a teapot (3D), a teabag(which was the book) and
computer based designs to make an abstract and diverse final outcome. |

I’m A ‘Cat’ Apilla’
Mixed media - metal work, print, Fabric transfer and flocking sheets.
Our experiences through life help us to grow. As children it is not
always within our capabilities to understand situations around us.
Sometimes we may not notice the changes that occur within ourselves.
Children, I feel, use play as a natural way to overcome obstacles
that they may face, which enables them to grow within themselves.
The child’s imagination is a beautifully powerful tool; it plays
visually upon the world around transforming into a world of fantasy,
transporting them on a journey of self discovery and fantastical delight. |
