The story starts off as World Cup Argentina - were words and images related to competitiveness triumph lose and outcome - rearrange the wording take out the players silhouette the images and pop them all together as a 3D comic book and you have random world where strangeness and wonder are just a word away from meaning. Try as you might you can take two sentences from the packet included and often find a way to make the meaning relevant - try it - paste to the casing to continue random world.
Corrie Wright is an Australian artist working in a diversity of forms and processes that reflect a strong relational role for art. Corrie is a trans-disciplinary artist using elements from many areas of practice including visual art, community, performance, installation and collaborative processes. Out of these disciplines comes a cross-fertilization of concepts that build skills and develop relationships. Exhibiting both nationally and internationally the processes used aim to foster a vital interrelationship between the artist, the viewer and the work.
