Launch of the Tom Trusky Memorial Artist's Book Exhibition Cases
Bower Ashton Library, Special Collections Room
5 February 2010

In honour of
Tom Trusky, our wonderful friend and hard working referee for The Blue Notebook, the library at the School of Creative Arts at Bower Ashton has named the two large exhibition cases for artists' books in the Special Collections room in his memory.

Tom Trusky launched the opening of the exhibitions area in our library on 15th May 2002, with an exhibition: Reputedly Illiterate: The Art Books of James Castle, and an inaugural lecture: Provenance in the Wild West: James Castle & the Icehouse Books.

We celebrated the naming of the cases on the
Regenerator Altered Books Day, with an open viewing of the exhibition O Pão Nosso - Livros de Artista / Our daily bread Artists' Books.
