the Netherlands, 2012 This is a book to commemorate the victims of the bomb on the street of booksellers in Baghdad, 2007. By a miracle some of the letters escaped and flew free over hills and seas to find a new home. The book has been made on very rough handmade paper which consists of fibres (21 x 15 cm) inside are two pieces of paper (30 x 21 cm) the biggest page can be folded out to 50 x 21 cm. The text on the front of the book was translated by a friend who speaks Arabic, using an old fashion copy technique.
