I have cut the letterbox on my bookmark into a flap. Then, when it is on a page the reader can peek at a few words at a time… and linger… and appreciate (or not) the craft of the author.
I am primarily a children’s author and oral storyteller, but I also make books. Uneconomic, one-off books with flaps, zig-zags, pop-ups, collaged pieces and linocuts. Books for adults and children.
