A desire to touch the senses and to connect the external with the internal is often the starting
point for my work, using string and threads as a link to the cycles and rhythms of life.
The threads of a story weave their tangled way through a book from beginning to end.
One screenprinted image of tangled strands of silk were cut and made into one hundred
bookmarks. The one hundred bookmarks were then individually screenprinted on the
reverse with the title and medium.
